Yes, an order confirmation will be sent by email after placing your order. You will receive also a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
All orders are shipped via UPS. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Note: Processing time can take 1-2 business days before order are shipped. If you choose the free Ground option, you should receive your order within 4 – 10 business days after processing. If you need your order quicker, you can choose one of our other shipping options(see below)
If an item is out of stock, it is not possible to add it to your cart. But you will have the option to add your information to the out of stock list for that item. We will notify you when it is available

The easiest way to facilitate an exchange is to place a new order for the replacement shoes you want and send back the original shoes to get a refund. It can take up to 10 business days to receive your refund. Your satisfaction is very important for us, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your shoes, please send them back for an exchange or refund. We’ll even pay the return shipping charges (UPS Ground). We require the shoes to be returned within 30 days after shipping day in original, like-new condition. Returns are processed and refunded within 10 business days of receipt.
The process is simple. Start by filling out the Return Form (at the Return Page), which must include your order number — found on the packing slip and on your email order confirmation. Then print out the pre-paid UPS shipping label. Finally, put the original, like-new shoes in their original box and place in an outer carton; place the UPS return label on the outer carton; and bring the package to your local UPS store, use a UPS drop box, or give it to a UPS driver.

Viktor, the inventor of Biodyn® technology, was partially responsible for the implementation and success of Masai Barefoot Technology (MBT). He distributed the brand between 1995 and 2008 in Germany and learned while people loved the benefits of the rocker bottom technology, they often asked for more “normal” designs. For the past 12 years, Viktor has worked to develop this revolutionary new technology that makes it possible to implement balance technology in today's fashion footwear.
Like most innovations, you don’t necessarily have to reinvent the “wheel” — but you can use it differently or better. This is what we have done by implementing Biodyn® technology into Revito Shoes. This technology has been developed simply to make it possible to get the benefits of the well-known shoes that feature balance or rocker bottom technology — but we’ve hidden it inside the shoe. This is unique and allows us to design “normal” looking styles, so it’s the first time functional footwear gets fashionable.
We do not work with Retail-stores, but you can schedule a meeting with one of our professionals where we introduce our products and the proposed purpose for the footwear.
