STEP 1

CONSULTATION & 3D FOOT SCAN

The first step in this process is a conversation with one of our shoe professionals regarding any current issues with your feet and proposed purpose for the footwear. We then take a 3-D scan of your foot used to create a custom mold to build your shoe upon. This process is designed to develop footwear that flawlessly follows each curve of your foot to ensure maximum fit and comfort.

STEP 2

CUSTOMIZED

To customize the look of your shoe to match your specific taste you can choose between 4 classic styles and several colors from our highest-grade leathers.

STEP 3

CREATED

From the 3-D scan of your feet, a custom last will be created and produced (your personal last) to perfectly mimic the shape of your foot. This process allows us to completely replicate your specific shape and craft a shoe that is completely customized to you.

STEP 4

CRAFTED

Our factories in Portugal bring your designs to life by handcrafting them around your custom last. Your shoe is then fused with our original Biodyn balance technology that gives you all the benefits of rocker bottom technology and the comfort of walking barefoot.
