We will process your exchange for you!
Returns/Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with look, size or comfort, we offer you to return the product within 30 days after shipping day (including the original packaging) for exchange (other size or style) or refund if they are in original, like-new condition.
It´s easy to return. Pls. fill out a Return Form below:
You will need your order no., which can be found e.g. on the email order confirmation.
- Put the like-new shoes back in the original box and place it in an outer carton.
- Print the label and place it on the outer carton (not at the shoe box!)
- Hand over the package to your local UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, or give it to a UPS driver
If you ask for an exchange pls. let us know which style/size you would like to receive. If you ask for a refund pls. be aware that the refund will appear on our credit card statement by your next billing cycle, as the inspection of the shoes might take up to 10 days. If the shoes are in original, like-new condition, your credit will be issued.
